Na mijn volledige PC-inhoud verloren gegaan is, heb ik helaas niet heel erg vaak meer ge-update. Maar spoiled-potatoe is weer helemaal terug van weggeweest, met nieuwe muziek, nieuwe weetjes over films, tv en artiesten enz.

Brandi Carlile...
Degenen onder jullie die ook kijken naar Grey's Anatomy hebben het volgende nummer gehoord in the aflevering waarin Meredith bijna verdrinkt. (Ja, ik weet het...klinkt niet bepaald gezellig. Maar het nummer is super en bleef maar in mijn hoofd hangen.) Ik heb niet gerust totdat ik het nummer had gevonden. Het bleek om een nummer te gaan van Brandi Carlile genaamd  - The Story. Het nummer viel me met name op omdat ik gewend ben om bij zink-scenes rustige muziek te horen, maar het nummer van Brandi Carlile is...tja laat ik het 'ruig' noemen. Brandi heeft een unieke hese stem, die echt super klinkt en ze zingt met zoveel overgave. Als ik naar haar album luister heb ik echt het gevoel dat ze haar hele hart en ziel uitstort in haar muziek en dat vind ik prachtig.
